Workshops

Workshops can only be booked on a daily base. Each day consists of 4 hours of classes. Reduced prices are available for bookings with multiple units, early bird registrations and students (you need to bring your valid ID!).

Each registration is binding! You need to pay your workshop fee within 5 days of your registration confirmation. If you need to cancel your registration be aware of the cancellation policy below. Also see the information about waiting lists.

The registration system will work with a waiting list to achieve a reasonable leader-follower-ratio.

Competition Participation

A participation fee of 10 Euro per person will be charged for each competition. Registration must be done in advance via our online registration system. Additionally, a valid ticket for the respective evening is required.

Cancellation policy

Every registration is binding and requires payment within 5 days after receiving the registration confirmation. If a cancellation becomes necessary, the following cancellation conditions apply:

If you cancel your booking for any reason until September 13 there is a 20% cancellation fee.
If you cancel your booking for any reason between September 14 and October 10, there is a 50% cancellation fee.
Sorry, there is no refund for cancellations starting at October 11.
Substitution for another person is possible anytime at a fee of 10 Euro. A change of levels, roles, or days is only possible if the leader/follower ratio permits.
